1. download Molvi.dmg (~150 MB) — button below, drag it into Applications
2. remove the quarantine flag: xattr -cr /Applications/Molvi.app # no notarization — but there's source code
      no terminal: launch → "Done" → System Settings → Privacy & Security → "Open Anyway" (Sequoia removed right-click→Open)
3. the wizard downloads the model (large-v3-turbo ≈ 1.6 GB) and asks for two permissions: Input Monitoring + Accessibility
4. hold ⌘ → speak → done
